We Need Some Info From You!

We’re not the Teacher who enjoys handing out homework on the first day, but we need a few things from you to get started!

IMPORTANT:

The checklist below is relevant to ALL Marketing Programs, and must be completed BEFORE your onboarding call.

Onboarding Step 1 of 3: Google (3x)

1a. Google Account Access

We will create accounts for anything you do not have, or do not have access to.

1b. Google Local Services Ads

You may skip this step if you already have a verified Local Services Ads Account for your business.

1c. Domain Name Access

We need access to your domain name for website migrations, audience-building, retargeting, and/or reporting. Please provide access to contact@promotivellc.com

Unsure who your domain is registered with? — Click here to look up your domain registrar.

How to Guides:

GoDaddy — Invite a delegate to access your GoDaddy account
Squarespace Domains — Inviting a contributor
WP EngineUser Portal Account

Onboarding Step 2 of 3: Social Media (2x)

*Only required if we are doing one of the following: Social Media Marketing, Facebook Ads, or Retargeting Ads*

2a. Meta Account Access

We require access to your Facebook Page and Meta Ads Account.

2b. Instagram To-Dos

1. Ensure you have at least 8 posts on your Instagram account.
2. Your Instagram account must be linked to your Facebook Page.

Onboarding Step 3 of 3: General (4x)

3a. Onboarding Form

Plan 20-30 minutes to complete this form. Your answers will be reviewed during the Onboarding Call. If you serve multiple states/regions and we are managing each independently, please submit this form for each location.

3b. Upload Images & Videos

Upload all digital assets to your shared Google Drive FolderPlease call/text 815-477-8101 if you have not received access before your onboarding call.

3c. Implement Monthly Non-Negotiables

Your success is dependent on your participation in this PARTNERSHIP! For best results, please incorporate our monthly non-negotiables into your team’s SOPs and daily routines.

3d. Schedule Onboarding Call

IMPORTANT: We allocate resources for this 2-hour call, so only schedule for a day when you are committed and available to promptly join us on Google Meet.
